Sustainability Team of the Year

This award recognises environmental efforts through teamwork from an organisation that has 50-1000 full time employees. It is open to teams of people in any sphere who have come together to work on environmental challenges that show us the power of group work and innovative thinking. This could be within an organisation, a collaboration between two organisations, community group or any other group that has prioritised environmental considerations. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying particular attention to the criteria listed below.

• Team Overview and Structure: Describe your team, including size, members' roles, task allocation, and team lead. Highlight key skills or expertise relevant to your environmental work.
• Green Initiatives and Activities: Outline the green activities and initiatives your team undertook this year. Include specific projects or changes that positively impacted the environment.
• Targets & Measurable Outcomes: State your environmental targets and provide measurable results achieved. Explain how your team's efforts and outcomes exceed expectations for a team of your size in your industry.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Describe the role of teamwork in your success. Provide examples of collaboration within your team and with other groups or organisations.
• Innovation & Creative Solutions: Showcase any innovative approaches or solutions your team used to address environmental challenges. Explain how these are unique, effective, and scalable.
