
Wildacres Takes Top Honours at the Green Awards 2025
Wildacres, a rewilding nature reserve and sustainability advocate based in County Wicklow, has emerged as the standout star of the Green Awards 2025, earning not only the Green Micro Enterprise of the Year title but also being crowned the prestigious Green Business of the Year, the overall top accolade of the night.
Green Business of the Year: Wildacres
Wildacres received the highest honour at this year’s awards for its exemplary leadership in sustainability. The judge’s citation, read aloud at the ceremony, praised:

Green Micro Enterprise of the Year
Wildacres also took home the Green Micro Enterprise of the Year award, with judges commending their passionate, multi-faceted approach to sustainability:

The wide range of activities offered, along with well-progressed plans like the installation of solar panels, demonstrated strong commitment.
