John Paul Construction has been named the winner of The Green Construction Award at the Green Awards 2025, recognised for its ambitious sustainability strategy and commitment to achieving Net Zero Carbon by 2040.

The judging panel praised John Paul Construction for its “exceptional commitment to achieving Net Zero Carbon by 2040, demonstrated through the use of 100% recycled aluminium façades, a modular rebar system, and measurable progress across energy performance and lifecycle assessment.”

The judges also commended the strong leadership alignment behind the company’s sustainability framework, highlighting how strategic direction at the top is driving meaningful, long-term impact.

Entries for next year’s Green Awards 2026 will close on October 31st, 2025, ahead of the Awards Gala on February 24th, 2026, where Ireland’s sustainability champions will once again gather to celebrate progress and impact.
