At the same time, AI adoption is accelerating: 77% use tools like ChatGPT, yet just 27% feel confident about the security and privacy risks.

Despite robust export performance and continued international growth, succession planning remains a glaring weakness. An unchanged 77% of business owners lack a clear plan, threatening long-term stability even as the sector generates €17 billion in exports.
