The Green Awards 2026 have officially announced the shortlisted entries for two of the programme’s most prominent honours: Green Large Organisation of the Year (1,000+ Employees) and Green Large Organisation of the Year.
The categories spotlight large organisations demonstrating leadership, scale, and measurable impact in advancing sustainability across Ireland’s economy, reflecting the growing responsibility placed on major employers to lead the country’s green transition.
From decarbonisation strategies and energy transformation to circular economy initiatives and responsible governance, the shortlisted finalists illustrate how sustainability is being embedded into core business operations, moving beyond standalone initiatives to deliver long-term environmental and economic value.
